• All unsold tickets must be accounted for and either returned or the corresponding funds submitted. Any tickets that are lost, stolen, or misplaced will be the responsibility of the player to whom they were issued. PLEASE keep careful track of all your tickets. If any tickets are not accounted for by the individual player, the corresponding amount will be adjusted against the team account.

• Raffle Proceeds: 50% of the proceeds go the team*, and 50% goes to ALBION SC. If the annual $500 sponsorship commitment to the club has not yet been met, the proceeds will be used for that first before the team account.

• Prizes for the Individual Players Bonus are not cumulative. Players receive only the prize associated with the highest qualifying sales level, except for the 300+ ticket level, which includes both rewards.

• Top Selling Players & Top Selling Teams — Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie in the total number of tickets sold, the following tie-breaker process will apply:

If there is a tie for 1st Place, a random drawing will be held between the tied players or teams to determine the 1st Place winner. The player or team not selected will move to the next available place (2nd or 3rd Place, as applicable).

The same process will be used for both the Top Selling Players and Top Selling Teams competitions.

• Raffle Reconciliation will be completed by team, not by individual players. We will receive all raffle materials and funds for the entire team together during the assigned reconciliation date and time. We will not be accepting individual player reconciliations or scheduling different dates and times for individual families.

The Team Manager or designated Raffle Representative should collect and organize all materials from the team prior to reconciliation and turn everything in together.

If the Team Manager or Raffle Representative is unable to attend the assigned time, the Team Coach or another parent from the team must be designated to complete the reconciliation on behalf of the entire team.

IMPORTANT: Any tickets or funds turned in after the team's scheduled reconciliation, for any reason, will not be included in the Raffle Competition final count.
